摘　　要：当今社会对于人才培养的需求日趋严格,不但要拥有扎实的理论知识还要用较强的实际动手能力,同时学生还要拥有团队协作、现场问题的分析与处理、工作效率、安全及文明生产等职业素养,因此,以汽车检测与维修技术为背景的省级技能大赛应运而生。依托技能大赛项目的内容,必须调整人才培养方案,改进教学方法,展示展示职业教育改进与改革的最新成果及参赛队伍良好的精神风貌,加快工学结合人才培养和课程改革与创新的步伐,向社会宣传职业教育的成就,进一步促进职业院校毕业生的就业工作,为行业、企业培养紧缺人才。Today’s society is increasingly strict demand for talent training, not only to have a solid theoretical knowledge with strong practical ability, at the same time students also have teamwork, field problem analysis and processing, work efficiency, safety and civilized production professionalism, therefore, in the background of automobile detection and maintenance technology of provincial skills competition arises at the historic moment.Relying on the content of the skills competition project, must adjust the talent training scheme, improve the teaching method, show the latest achievements of vocational education improvement and reform and team good spirit, speed up the pace of talent training and curriculum reform and innovation, to the society of vocational education achievements, further promote the employment of vocational college graduates, talents for industry, enterprises.
