摘  要:以ASMEⅧ-1—2017为基础,讨论了爆破片装置作为压力系统单独泄放装置时泄放能力计算的两种方法:流阻系数法和泄放系数法。通过对流阻系数和泄放系数的测试装置、试验方法、计算实例等比较,分析了两种方法之间的内在联系与区别。论文结合某公司爆破片装置“UD”取证的试验数据,进一步探讨了数据处理及公式推导过程,为工程人员和标准制定者提供参考。Two methods were discussed for the relieving capacity calculation of the rupture disk devices used as the sole relieving device of a pressure relief system:flow resistance coefficient method and discharge coefficient method based on the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code SectionⅧ.1—2017.By comparing the testing instruments,testing methods and calculation examples of flow resistance coefficient and discharge coefficient,the internal relations and differences between the two methods were analyzed.By combining with the test data of a company offered by NB laboratory for“UD”certification of rupture disc device,the data processing and formula derivation were further discussed,which can provide reference for engineering personnel and standard setters.
