摘  要:土壤中钼作为动植物所必须的微量元素,在动植物生长过程中发挥着重要作用。本文研究了硫氰化钾比色法测定土壤有效钼不确定度的影响因素,并对不确定度分量进行评定。结果表明,土壤中有效钼含量为0.176mg/kg时,U=0.006mg/kg,k=2。增加样品平行试验的次数及规范配制标准曲线工作液,能有效降低检测结果的不确定度。As an essential trace element for animals and plants, molybdenum in soil plays an important role in the growth of animals and plants. In this paper, the influencing factors of the uncertainty of soil available molybdenum determination by potassium thiocyanate colorimetric method were studied and the uncertainty components were evaluated. The results showed that when the available molybdenum content in the soil was 0.176mg/kg, U=0.006 mg/kg, k=2.And increasing the number of parallel tests of samples and preparing standard curve working solution can effectively reduce the uncertainty of test results.
