水基钻井液泥饼增强剂及作用机理研究

摘  要:非常规致密油藏的开采,一般采用水平井固井后,射孔加大型压裂的完井工艺。其中,固井质量至关重要,直接影响到后期压裂的效果。目前,水平井的固井质量普遍不高,主要原因之一就是存在固井弱界面现象。针对上述问题,本文研发了一种泥饼增强剂,利用冲击试验评价了泥饼增强剂对聚合物钻井液的泥饼增强效果,分析了其作用机理。结果表明,在钻井液中加入0.7%~1.0%的泥饼增强剂后,泥饼强度增大到原强度的29~33倍、厚度减小37%~39%、韧性增加15%~17%。现场试验表明,使用泥饼增强剂后,固井界面胶结质量中等以上占比提升32%,泥饼增强剂具有良好的泥饼性能改善效果,可有效提高水平井固井质量。For the exploitation of unconventional tight oil reservoirs, the completion technology of perforation and large-scale fracturing are generally adopted after well cementing, and the cementing quality is a crucial factor, which directly affects the effect of later fracturing. At present,weak cementing interface is the main reasons to decrease the cementing quality of horizontal wells. A mud cake strengthening additive was developed in this paper. The strengthening effect of mud cake strengthening agent on polymer drilling fluid was evaluated, besides the effect on the main properties of polymer drilling fluid was investigated and its mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the mud cake strength increases to 29 ~ 33 times, the thickness decreases by 37% ~ 39% and the toughness increases by 15% ~ 17% after adding 0.7% ~ 1.0% mud cake strengthening additive into drilling fluid. Field tests show that the proportion of cementing quality above medium increases by 32% after using the mud cake strengthening additive. The mud cake strengthening additive could enhancing mud cake performance excellently and can effectively improve the cementing quality of horizontal wells.
