摘 要:当前,抗生素在环境中的累积对生态环境安全及人类健康造成了威胁,已经引起了国内外的广泛关注。阿莫西林是一种应用较多的抗生素。因此,本文将三维电极与活性炭纤维结合,活性炭纤维分别作为三维电极的阴极与阳极,以活性炭颗粒为三维电极的第三极。探究电极电压、极板间距、pH、电解时间、活性炭颗粒投加量5种因素对去除模拟废水中阿莫西林及COD的影响。实验结果表明,处理1000mL浓度为100mg·L-1的阿莫西林模拟废水,当电极电压为10V,极板间距为8cm,pH为4,电解时间为40min以及活性炭颗粒投加量为6g时对模拟废水的处理效果最好,阿莫西林去除率达89.5%,COD最高去除率达到69.7%。因此,活性炭三维电极法可以作为阿莫西林废水的预处理工艺,对降低废水中阿莫西林及COD含量效果较明显。At present, the accumulation of antibiotics in the environment poses a threat to the ecological environment safety and human health,which has attracted wide attention at home and abroad. Amoxicillin is a widely used antibiotic. Thus, the activated carbon fiber was used as the cathode and anode of the three-dimensional electrode, and the activated carbon particles were used as the third pole of the three-dimensional electrode. Five factors, the electrolysis voltage, electrode plate spacing, pH value, electrolysis time and carbon particles dosage were selected as the main parameters in the tests of removing amoxicillin and COD from simulated wastewater in this study. According to the results, when 1000 mL amoxicillin simulated wastewater with a concentration of 100 mg·L-1was treated, 10 V of electrode voltage, 8 cm of plate spacing, 60 min of electrolysis time, 4 of pH and 6 g of carbon particles dosage could lead to the best removal efficiency. Under these conditions, the removal rate of amoxicillin was 89.5%, and removal rate of COD was around 69.7%. In conclusion, the three-dimensional electrode method of activated carbon can be used as a pre-process to deal with amoxicillin wastewater, which is more effective in reducing amoxicillin and COD content in wastewater.
