摘  要:根据放射性料液分离工艺流程分别设计了离心萃取器布置在热室和设备室的两种厂房布置方案。从热室及设备室的布置形式、人流物流以及人员操作等方面,对布置方案进行深入分析。由于离心萃取器的自身尺寸及布置要求,热室方案与设备室方案均采用高低位布置方式,离心萃取器的料液输送路径更加通畅,试剂管道布置更加符合工艺流程操作要求,同时可以避免大量结构空间的出现,节约建筑面积。设备室方案可通过调整盖板布置避免传动轴过长,从建造费用以及检修操作便利性的角度出发,当萃取流程级数较少时或采用单台多级离心萃取器设置离心萃取器数量较少时,设备布置可优先考虑设备室布置方案。当萃取级数较多设置离心萃取器数量较多时,设备布置可优先考虑热室方案。According to the separation process of high discharge waste liquid, two plant layout schemes of centrifugal extractor in hot room and equipment room were designed respectively. After in-depth analysis of the layout scheme of the hot chamber and equipment room, the flow of people and logistics, and the operation of personnel, it is determined that due to the size and layout requirements of centrifugal extractor, both the hot chamber scheme and equipment room scheme adopt high-low layout mode. The material and liquid conveying path of the centrifugal extractor is more smooth, and the reagent pipeline arrangement is more in line with the operation requirements of the technological process. At the same time, it can avoid the emergence of a large number of structural space and save the building area. The equipment room scheme can avoid the drive shaft being too long by adjusting the cover plate arrangement. From the perspective of construction cost and maintenance operation convenience, when the number of extraction process stages is small or the number of centrifugal extractor is small by using a single multistage centrifugal extractor, the equipment room scheme can be given priority to. When the number of extraction process stages is large and the number of centrifugal extractor is large, the hot chamber scheme can be given priority to equipment layout.
