摘　　要：锂铝硅微晶玻璃(LAS Glass-ceramics)与其他微晶玻璃相比具有极低的热膨胀性能,在光学领域、航空航天领域和微电子领域有巨大的应用潜力,引起了众多研究者的关注。本文通过对近年来国内外锂铝硅微晶玻璃的研究现状进行分析,从锂铝硅微晶玻璃的合成工艺、微结构、性能以及存在的问题等方面进行了总结与讨论,旨在为锂铝硅微晶玻璃新材料的开发和性能改进提供新的思路。Li_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) glass-ceramics(LAS glass-ceramics) have very low thermal expansion properties compared with other glasse-ceramics,which have great application potential in the fields of optics,aerospace and microelectronics,and have attracted the attention of many researchers.In this paper,the research status of LAS glass-ceramics at home and abroad in recent years was analyzed,and the synthesis process,microstructure,properties and existing problems of LAS glass-ceramics were summarized and discussed,aiming to provide new ideas for the development and performance improvement of LAS glass-ceramics.
