乡村振兴背景下美丽村庄片区规划——以西安市鄠邑区石井片区为例

摘　　要：2021年西安市住房和城乡建设局提出预计在2022年底培育11个有颜值、有气质、有内涵、有特色的美丽村庄片区。本文立足于西安美丽村庄建设和乡村振兴大背景,依据西安市美丽村庄片区建设专项中提出的六个连片建设要求,提出美丽乡村片区建设发展策略。在现有的环境基础上对石井片区进行规划、道路、设施、资源、产业、旅游六个连片建设,为美丽村庄片区规划提供思路,促进乡村振兴战略的发展。In 2021, Xi’an Municipal Bureau of Housing and UrbanRural Development proposed to cultivate 11 beautiful village areas with beauty, temperament, connotation and characteristics by the end of 2022. Based on the background of the construction of beautiful villages in Xi’an and rural revitalization, this paper proposes a development strategy for the construction of beautiful rural areas according to the six contiguous construction requirements put forward in the special project for the construction of beautiful villages in Xi’an. On the basis of the existing environment, Shijing area will be constructed in six contiguous areas of planning, roads,facilities, resources, industries, and tourism, providing ideas for the planning of the beautiful village area and promoting the development of the rural revitalization strategy.
