摘  要:目前,我国旧城改造的关键在于如何平衡多方利益,在不破坏历史文脉传承的基础上,对老城区进行合理的空间结构优化。本研究以青岛老城区的实际工程项目为例,深入分析地铁地面建筑这一新元素及其引发的触媒效应。地铁地面建筑作为介入青岛老旧历史街区的全新城市触媒,促进了周边公共活动等元素的发展,强化了老城区作为城市中心区的功能地位,优化了环境空间质量,补足了城市功能结构,创造了全新的城市空间节奏,丰富了市民城市体验感;最后提出完善老城区城市功能结构、提供便捷交通联动服务、考虑地下空间综合开发设计、创造系统化地上公共空间等建议,为青岛老城区的更新与可持续发展提供借鉴。At present, the key to the transformation of old cities in China is how to balance the interests of multiple parties. On the basis of not destroying the inheritance of historical context,the most reasonable way to renew the old cities is to optimize the spatial structure of old cities. This paper takes the actual engineering projects in the old city of Qingdao as an example to deeply analyze the new element of subway ground construction and the catalytic effect caused by it. As a new urban catalyst involved in Qingdao’s old historical blocks, subway ground buildings have promoted the development of the surrounding public activities and other elements,strengthened the functional position of the old city as the urban center, optimized the quality of environmental space, supplemented the urban functional structure, created a new urban space rhythm,and enriched the citizens’ sense of urban experience. Finally,the suggestions are put forward to improve the urban functional structure of the old city, to provide convenient transportation linkage services, to consider the comprehensive development and design of underground space, and to create systematic aboveground public space, so as to provide a reference for the renewal and sustainable development of Qingdao’s old city.
