摘  要:保留既有建筑底部架空结构,常用于既有建筑不能拆除或不便于进行加固的情况。本工程因需在既有建筑中改造出一间大会议室,选取保留既有建筑底部架空装配式钢结构形式,通过对结构进行基础设计、结构整体设计、大跨度梁变形设计、楼面舒适度设计、施工可行性和装配式设计,表明此方案较传统的结构加固方案在可行性、经济性、降低施工难度、缩短工期上具有较大的优势,具有更强的操作性,为同类工程设计提供参考。Retaining the overhead structure at the bottom of the existing building is often used when the existing building cannot be demolished or is not convenient for reinforcement. Due to the need to reconstruct a large conference room in the existing building,the overhead fabricated steel structure at the bottom of the existing building is selected and retained. Through the structural foundation design, overall structural design, large-span beam deformation design, floor comfort design, construction feasibility and assembly design, it shows that this scheme has greater advantages in feasibility, economy, reducing construction difficulty and shortening construction period than the traditional structural reinforcement scheme, and has stronger operability, which provides a reference for similar engineering design.
