摘  要:传统的垂直升降货梯楼层位置大多以接近开关作为检测手段,导致实际运行时过渡依赖检测开关。一旦检测开关失效可能会出现设备损坏的严重后果。针对此问题,提出了一种采用PLC的高速脉冲输入通道结合接近开关来检测货梯楼层位置的系统集成方法。采用必要的安全检测手段应对意外情况,使用光电开关检测货梯轿厢输送机进出托盘、垛盘的到位位置。实际调试结果表明,所提出的方法能够实现楼层位置的精准控制,提高了系统运行的稳定性和安全性。The traditional vertical cargo elevator floor position mostly takes the proximity switch as the detection means,which leads to the excessive dependence on the detection switch in the actual operation.Once the detection switch fails,serious consequences of equipment damage may occur.To solve the problem,a system integration method was proposed,which used the high-speed pulse input channel of PLC and proximity switch to detect the floor position of cargo elevator.Necessary safety detection means were adopted to deal with accidents,and photoelectric switch was used to detect the in place position of goods elevator car conveyor in and out of tray and stacking tray.The actual debugging results show that the method proposed can realize the accurate control of floor position and improve the stability and safety of system operation.
