摘 要:小型发电机因其体积小、质量轻、便于运输的优点,非常适合作为应急电源快速布置在地铁各类应急现场。但小型发电机也存在容量不足的缺点,导致其无法满足一些大功率设备的工作要求。目前发电机并机技术多数应用于大型发电机,在小型发电机上应用较少。针对小型发电机作为应急电源容量不足的缺点,提出一种适用于地铁运营现场的小型发电机并机的方法,通过精确调整发电机输出电压的电压及频率后,利用示波器监测两台发电机的输出电压,寻找合适的并机时间点进行并机操作,这种方法简单易行,可在任何现场实现并机。同时进行了并机后的相关带负荷试验,分析带负荷过程中各发电机的负荷特性,总结并机带负荷的相关注意事项,验证了这种小型发电机并机方法在地铁运营工作现场应用的可行性。Small generators,due to their small size,light weight and convenient transportation,are very suitable for rapid deployment in various emergency sites of subway as emergency power supplies. However,small generators also have the disadvantage of insufficient capacity,which makes them unable to meet the working requirements of some high-power equipment. At present,most of the generator parallel technology is applied to large generators,but less to small generators. Aiming at the shortage of small generator as emergency power supply capacity,a method of small generator paralleling suitable for subway operation site was put forward. After accurately adjusting the voltage and frequency of generator output voltage,the output voltage of two generators was monitored by oscilloscope to find the appropriate paralleling time point for paralleling operation. The method was simple and easy,and could realize paralleling in any site. At the same time,the relevant load tests after parallel operation were carried out,the load characteristics of each generator in the process of load were analyzed,the relevant precautions of parallel operation and load were summarized,and the feasibility of the application of the small generator parallel operation method in the subway operation site was verified.
