摘  要:螺纹量规扫描测量仪作为螺纹测量的一种检测仪器,因其突出的检测速度和多参数检测能力,正逐渐占据着主要螺纹检测市场。以瑞士丹青的MSXP10060机型为研究对象,致力于螺纹扫描测量仪径向测量示值误差的校准问题,依据JJF 1950-2021《螺纹量规扫描测量仪校准规范》中的校准方法,采用6种不同规格光面圆柱量规对其径向测量示值误差进行校准,建立测量模型,分析其主要不确定度来源,并对其不确定度进行评定。经过与其他院所的校准结果进行比对验证,这种评定过程科学合理,结果有效,在今后的计量工作中,可依据该结果,采取必要措施,减少误差,提高准确度。As a testing instrument for thread measurement,the thread gauge scannersis gradually occupying the main thread testing market due to its outstanding detection speed and multi-parameter detection capability.Taking the MSXP10060 model of Switzerland Danqing as the research object,it was committed to the calibration of the radial measurement indication error of the thread scanning measuring instrument.According to the calibration method in JJF 1950-2021 calibration specification for thread gage scanning measuring instrument,six different specifications of smooth cylindrical gauges were used to calibrate its radial measurement indication error,a measurement model was established,its main sources of uncertainty was analyzed,and its uncertainty was evaluated.Through comparison and verification with the calibration results of other institutes,the evaluation process was scientific and reasonable,and the results were effective.In the future measurement work,necessary measures can be taken based on the results to reduce errors and improve accuracy.
