摘  要:及时准确的战场弹药供应是战争制胜的必要基础。弹药供应保障体系结构复杂、涉及节点要素多,从体系工程角度进行供应保障顶层设计,并对供应保障活动进行效能评估。为支撑弹药供应保障体系建设与效能评估的建模过程,优化体系结构和控制变更影响,利用美国国防部体系架构框架(department of defense architecture framework,DoDAF)的多个视角,从建模框架、流程、方法和支撑产品等方面对弹药供应保障体系构建方法进行研究,并运用改进的ADC(availability dependability capability,ADC)模型进行体系效能评估,对于优化弹药供应保障体系结构、提升供应保障能力具有重要意义。Timely and accurate battlefield ammunition supply is the necessary basis for victory in a war.The ammunition supply and support system has a complex structure and involves many node elements.The top-level design of ammunition supply and support is carried out from the perspective of system engineering,and the effectiveness evaluation of ammunition supply and support activities is conducted.In order to support the modeling process of the ammunition supply guarantee system construction and effectiveness evaluation,optimize the architecture and control the impact of changes,this paper utilizes multiple perspectives of the Department of Defense Architecture Framework(DoDAF).The construction method of ammunition supply guarantee system is studied from the aspects of modeling framework,process,methods and supporting products,and the improved Availability Dependability Capability(ADC)model is used to evaluate the system effectiveness.It is of great significance to optimize the ammunition supply guarantee system structure and enhance the supply support capability.
