摘 要:针对如何提高感应点火能量无线传输效率,建立感应点火的数学模型和Maxwell同轴螺线管型线圈模型,通过分析初、次级线圈间无线电能传输效率关系,将对传输效率影响较大的参数作为田口法的控制因子,基于田口法建立直角表进行仿真分析,得出了各影响因子对传输效率的强弱关系,得出经过田口优化后的最优参数组合,并通过实验验证了仿真分析的正确性。研究结果表明:各影响因素对互感的影响程度先后顺序为次级半径、次级匝数、初级匝数、初级螺距、初级半径、次级螺距。对感应点火能量传输效率与可靠性的提升具有较高的理论参考价值。Aiming at how to improve the wireless transmission efficiency of induction ignition energy,this paper establishes the mathematical model of induction ignition and the coaxial solenoid coil model of Maxwell.By analyzing the relationship between primary and secondary coils of radio energy transmission efficiency,the parameters which have great influence on the transmission efficiency are taken as the control factors of Taguchi method.Based on Taguchi method,a right-angle table is established for simulation analysis,and the relationship between the influence factors and transmission efficiency is obtained.The optimal parameter combination after Taguchi optimization is obtained,and the correctness of the simulation analysis is verified by experiments.The results show that the order of the degree of the influencing factors on the mutual inductance is secondary radius,secondary turn number,primary turn number,primary pitch,primary radius and secondary pitch.It has a high theoretical reference value for the improvement of energy transmission efficiency and reliability of induction ignition.
