摘 要:针对装甲车滚动轴承的故障诊断中,传统电类传感器难以适应装甲车内部充满电磁干扰与油渍的恶劣环境的问题,使用体积小、抗电磁干扰的光纤光栅振动传感器采集滚动轴承故障信号,结合共振解调技术,从振动信号中分离出了故障振动频率,对照轴承故障频率表,实现对滚动轴承故障类型判别。通过在滚动轴承内圈与外圈预设缺陷,利用轴承试验台模拟不同转速下装甲车的运行实况,验证其可行性。实验结果表明,此方法能够实现对滚动轴承内外圈故障频率的分离,完成滚动轴承故障类型的判别,满足装甲车滚动轴承的故障诊断需求。For the fault diagnosis of rolling bearings in armored vehicles,traditional electrical sensors are difficult to adapt to the harsh environment full of electromagnetic interference and oil stains inside armored vehicles.Therefore,in this paper,a fiber Bragg grating vibration sensor with small volume and anti-electromagnetic interference is used to collect rolling bearing fault signals.Combined with the resonance demodulation technology,fault vibration frequencies are separated from vibration signals and compared with the bearing fault frequency table to realize the differentiation of rolling bearing fault types.By presetting defects in the inner and outer rings of rolling bearings,and using the bearing test bench to simulate the actual operation of the armored vehicle at different rotational speeds,the feasibility of this method is verified.The experimental results show that this method can realize the separation of the fault frequency of the inner and outer rings of the rolling bearings so as to complete the identification of the fault type of the rolling bearings,and meet the requirements of the fault diagnosis of the armored vehicle rolling bearings.
