摘　　要：目的 介绍1例人成熟卵母细胞玻璃化冻融后经供精单精子显微注射受精并单囊胚冻融移植妊娠和成功分娩病例。方法 对武汉大学中南医院生殖医学中心首例卵母细胞冷冻、精子冷冻、胚胎冷冻(即“三冻”)试管婴儿技术应用于临床,对病例临床资料和实验室处理进行分析,并对相关文献进行系统性回顾。结果 三冻试管婴儿患者冻融周期孕39+2周成功剖宫产分娩一活男婴。结论 人成熟卵母细胞经非预期的玻璃化冻融后,使用供精(冻精)行卵胞浆内单精子注射技术(ICSI)受精并成功获得卵裂期胚胎,再继续培养形成囊胚后经冻融周期移植成功分娩,此为三冻技术行单囊胚移植提供了临床应用的可行性。Objective introduce a case of pregnancy and delivery of human mature oocyte which was fertilized by intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI) and frozen-thawed single blastocyst. Methods The first case of frozen oocyte, frozen sperm and frozen embryo(“triple frozen”) in vitro fertilization technique was used in the Center of Reproductive Medicine,Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University, and the clinical data and laboratory treatment were analyzed, and a systematic review of the relevant literature. Results A live baby boy was delivered successfully by cesarean section in 39+2 weeks of in vitro fertilization. Conclusion Unanticipated freezing of oocytes was followed by the use of donor Intracytoplasmic sperm injection to obtain embryos, which were then successfully delivered after blastocyst formation and transplantation during the freeze thaw cycle, it provides the feasibility of clinical application for single blastocyst transfer by triple freezing technique.
