摘 要:以鲜食葡萄品种‘瑞都红玉’大树为试材,系统分析了顺行平棚架(T形架)对葡萄栽培性状及果实品质的影响,为我国埋土栽培区葡萄适宜架式的推广提供参考。结果表明,与V型架相比,T形架的叶面积指数显著降低,叶片净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率显著提高;病果率也显著降低;果实可溶性固形物连续3年高于V形架,平均值在19%以上,果实总花色苷含量也较高。综上得出,T形架提高了‘瑞都红玉’葡萄的光能截流量和叶片光合利用效率,改善了叶幕环境,减少了病害的发生,提高了葡萄果实品质。A premium new cultivar’Ruidu Hongyu’(Vitis vinifera L.)was used as test materials,which were planted with anterograde flat trellis(T shaped trellis system)and V shaped trellis systems,respectively.Viticultural characteristics and fruit quality in both trellis systems were measured to provide a theoretical basis for the rational selection of trellis systems for soil-bury planting areas in China.The results showed that leaf area index of T trellis was significantly lower than V Trellis.Photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of T trellis were significantly higher than V trellis,and T trellis showed significantly lower diseased fruit rate than V trellis.Besides,the total soluble solids of T trellis was higher than V trellis for three consecutive years with an average above 19%.T trellis also showed significantly higher value in total anthocyanins in 2017.Based on the three-year studies,T-trellis system showed higher photosynthetic utilization efficiency,better canopy micro-environment,less disease incidence and higher fruit quality.
