摘  要:果实套袋是一种通过阻隔果皮表面与外界环境接触而免受刺激和损伤的物理保护方法。套袋能使葡萄果面干净,果粉完整;有效预防果锈发生,减少病虫果率,降低农药残留和裂果率;营造不同的光、温、热微环境,改善果皮着色,有利于提升葡萄的外观品质和内在品质。同时,套袋容易导致葡萄日灼的发生,因此需要根据地域、树种等确定适宜的果袋种类和颜色。本文从套袋对微域环境、果实外观和内在品质的影响及机理进行分析,特别是套袋对果皮结构、着色、日灼发生及风味物质的影响进行综述,并对未来葡萄套袋研究和应用的发展趋势进行展望,以期为葡萄套袋研究和应用提供参考。Bagging is a physical protection method from avoiding irritation and damage by blocking the peel surface from contacting with the external environment.Bagging makes the fruit surface clean and fruit powder complete,effectively prevents fruit rust,reduces pesticide residue and cracking rate.Bagging creates different light,temperature,thermal micro-environment,improves skin coloring,improves the appearance and internal quality of fruit.Meanwhile,bagging leads easily to occurrence of fruit burning,so the kind and color of fruit bags should be determined according to the region and variety.The effects and mechanisms of bagging on micro environment,appearance and internal quality of table grape fruit,especially effects and mechanisms of bagging on peel structure,coloring,sunburn and flavor substances were analyzed in this paper.At the same time,development trend of bagging research and application of table grape was prospected,hoping to provide a reference for research and application of bagging grapes in the future.
