摘　　要：目的:探讨Vγ9Vδ2 T细胞识别的肿瘤相关内源性膜蛋白配体人MutS同源蛋白2(hMSH2)在肺癌血清中的可溶性表达及影响因素。方法:ELISA定量检测肺癌、肺结节及健康人群血清hMSH2的可溶(s)形式,分析其表达与肺癌类型、转移、吸烟史/家族史及常用血清标志物的相关性。结果:三组血清均首次发现hMSH2的可溶形式,肺癌组shMSH2表达低于肺结节组和健康对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且与肺癌类型、转移、吸烟/家族史及常用血清标志物无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:shMSH2可能并非适宜的肺癌血清诊断标志物。Objective:To explore soluble expression of tumor-associated endogenous membrane protein ligands recognize by Vγ9Vδ2 cells human MutS homologue 2(shMSH2)in sera of patients with lung cancer and its influence factors.Methods:A comparison study of serum shMSH2 expression in patients with lung cancer or with lung nodules to healthy population was performed by ELISA.Correlation of shMSH2 with histological type,metastasis,smoking history,family history and common lung cancer-screening-associated serum biomarkers of lung cancer patients were analyzed.Results:Soluble form of hMSH2 was found for the first time in all three groups,whose expression in lung cancer group was lower than pulmonary nodule group and control group,while showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).shMSH2 expression was not significantly correlated with histological type,metastasis,smoking history,family history and common serum biomarkers(P>0.05).Conclusion:shMSH2 may not be an appropriate serum diagnostic marker for lung cancer.
