摘  要:聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)以其良好的延展性和机械性能,在柔性电子、柔性太阳电池、微流体芯片等领域取得了广泛的应用。PDMS可用于航天复合材料和柔性展开机构中,而航天器在空间运行时,需要考虑空间辐照环境的长期作用。本研究针对PDMS受电子辐照作用后的力学性能变化开展研究:(1)首先将树脂和固化剂按不同配比混合,按国标进行了哑铃状PDMS拉伸试样的制备,进行了单轴拉伸试验;(2)将不同配比PDMS拉伸样品进行了不同剂量的电子辐照试验,并对辐照后样品进行了拉伸试验。采用扫描电子显微镜对辐照前后样品断口形貌进行了观测,并进行了元素成分分析;(3)基于Neo-Hookean模型对单轴拉伸的应力应变关系进行了推导,并与实验数据进行了对比。结果表明,电子辐照能显著影响PDMS的力学性能和表面形貌。辐照后的PDMS试样呈现硬化,弹性模量随辐照剂量增加而提高,而断裂伸长率随辐照剂量增加而减少。Polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)is widely used in flexible devices such as electronics,solar cells,and microfluidic chips,due to its distinguished ductility and mechanical properties.PDMS also has exploited its applications in space composite materials and flexible deployable mechanisms,where it is necessary to consider the long-term effects of the space irradiation environment on the materials.In this study,the mechanical properties of PDMS exposed to electron irradiation were studied:(1)First,the resin and curing agent were mixed in designed proportions and dumbbell-shaped tensile specimens of PDMS were produced according to the national standard.Then,a uniaxial tensile test was carried out.(2)Tensile testing was carried out on the specimens exposed to different doses of high-energy electron irradiation.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)was used to observe the fracture morphology of the tensile specimens both with or without irradiation and analyze the elemental composition.(3)Based on the Neo-Hookean model,the stress-strain relationship of uniaxial tension was derived from the energy density function by fitting it from the experimental data.The results demonstrate that electron irradiation has a significant effect on the mechanical properties and surface morphology of PDMS.The irradiated PDMS specimen appears to be hardened,and its elastic modulus increases with the increase of radiation,while an opposite trend is found at the elongation at break.
