摘  要:目的比较药物洗脱球囊(DEB)与普通球囊在冠状动脉分叉病变中应用的有效性和安全性。方法通过计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library数据库和中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM),检索建库至2021年10月1日正式发表的文献。纳入比较DEB与普通球囊在冠状动脉分叉病变患者中疗效差异的研究。运用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入8篇文献,分叉病变患者881例,随访时间6~24个月。造影随访结果表明,DEB组与非DEB组相比,能降低分支血管的晚期管腔丢失率[标准化均数差(SMD)–0.82,95%CI–1.29~–0.35,P=0.0007],增加分支血管最小管腔直径(SMD0.62,95%CI0.27~0.97,P=0.0005),随访期间非围术期心肌梗死发生率有下降趋势(OR0.41,95%CI0.16~1.05,P=0.060)。结论DEB比普通球囊在冠状动脉分叉病变应用中具有更好的有效性和安全性。Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of drug-eluting balloons in coronary bifurcation lesions.Methods PubMed,Web of Science,the Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wan Fang database,CBM were searched.The references published up to October 1,2021 were sought for.Studies comparing the drug-eluting balloon versus conventional balloon in patients with coronary bifurcation lesions were included.Data were analyzed using the statistical software RevMan5.4.Results Eight trials including 881patients with bifurcation lesions with follow-up of 6~24 months were included.The results showed that the contrast follow-up DEB reduced side branch LLL(SMD-0.82,95%CI-1.29—-0.35,P=0.0007),increase branch vessel MLD(SMD 0.62,95%CI 0.27—0.97,P=0.0005),and non-perioperative myocardial infarction has a decreasing trend(OR0.41,95%CI 0.16—1.05,P=0.060).Conclusions DEB has good efficacy and safety in coronary bifurcation lesions.
