摘  要:主要设计了一种Ka波段交叉指型正交场放大器,采用一种交叉指结构,将正交场放大器的工作波段扩展到毫米波段。采用异腔结构基础上的交叉指结构作为慢波结构,其基波为返波,对异腔交叉指结构的色散特性和耦合阻抗进行分析。在整体结构确定的基础上,采用CST仿真软件进行了粒子模拟。首先对正交场放大器进行零输入状态模拟研究,没有信号输入时会有噪声的产生,当有适当信号输入时可以有效地抑制噪声。最后在优化后的模型下,在阴阳极之间加12.2 kV的电压,轴向磁场1.1 T,由于采用异腔交叉指结构,在36.03 GHz增益最大达到17.9 dB。由于该放大器工作在π模的返波分裂模式下,因此3 dB带宽只有20 MHz。A Ka-band interdigital crossed-field amplifier is designed.The interdigital structure extends the operating band of the crossed-field amplifier to millimeter band.Using different cavity interdigital slow wave structure,the fundamental wave of the device is backward wave.The dispersion characteristics and coupling impedance of the different cavity interdigital structure are analyzed.Based on the determination of the overall structure,the particle simulation is carried out by CST simulation software.Zero input state simulation of the crossed-field amplifier is studied.The result shows that there will be noise even without input signal,while the noise can be effectively suppressed with appropriate signal input.For the optimized model,when the voltage between the anode and cathode is 12.2 kV and the axial magnetic field is 1.1 T,the maximum gain at 36.03 GHz can reach 17.9 dB due to the different cavity interdigital structure.Because the amplifier works in the backward wave splitting mode ofπmode,the 3 dB bandwidth is only 20 MHz.
