摘　　要：为实现不动产信息的统一登记与管理,本文在保留原有不动产相关应用系统的基础上,分析了不动产统一登记集成方式,提出了构建一套不动产统一登记集成管理平台的建设方案,实现登记业务集成、登记信息资源集成以及登记相关系统集成,从而满足不动产统一登记的业务需求。To realize the unified registration and management of real estate information,this article without abandoning the original real estate related application systems,on the basis of analysis of the integrated manner and unified registration,proposes to build a set of construction scheme of integrated management platform and unified registration,realizes registration of business integration,information resources integration and registration related system integration,which meet the unified registration of real estate business requirements.
