摘　　要：在综合分析企业资产管理需求的基础上,通过规则化三维建模技术,建设土地、房屋等不动产资源的资产管理一张图,形成统一汇总、动态更新的资产管理数据库,并依此技术路线开发实现了基于二三维一体化GIS技术的企业资产管理信息系统,提升企业资产精细化管理水平,辅助资产经营决策,为大型企业的资产管理提供了新的思路。Based on the comprehensive analysis of the asset management needs of enterprises,a regularized three-dimensional modeling technology is adopted to build an asset management map of real estate resources such as land and housing,and to form a unified and dynamically updated asset management database.According to this technical route,the enterprise asset management information system based on two and three dimensional integrated GIS technology is developed and realized,which improves the level of fine asset management,assists the analysis and decision of asset operating conditions,and provides a new idea for the asset management of large enterprises.
