校局融合背景下协同育人价值、目标与策略研究

摘　　要：走协同育人式内涵式发展道路是公安院校新时代人才培养的必然选择。协同育人可以促使人才培养模式创新、促成师资队伍建设融合、促进人才供给侧结构改革。通过协同育人可以达到学生锤炼政治品质、强化学生实战能力和培养学生创新精神的目的。而其价值和目标的实现要形成校局良性互动循环,走稳协同育人之路、挖掘利用好共享资源,走实协同育人之路、建立健全协同育人制度体系,走远协同育人之路。Taking the conjunctive development road of collaborative education is the inevitable choice of talents training in the new era of police colleges and universities.Collaborative education can promote the innovation of talent training mode,promote the integration of teacher team construction,and promote the reform of talent supply side structure.Cooperative education can temper students'political quality,strengthen students'practical ability and cultivate students'innovative spirit.The realization of its value and goal should form a virtuous interaction cycle between the school and the bureau,take the road of stable cooperative education,dig and make good use of shared resources,take the road of practical cooperative education,establish and improve the cooperative education system,and take the road of cooperative education.
