摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定津血源浸膏中芍药苷、金丝桃苷、毛蕊花糖苷、异毛蕊花糖苷、哈巴俄苷、五味子醇甲的含量。方法该药物50%甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-Aq C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.2%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温40℃;检测波长230、250 nm。结果6种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(R 2≥0.9998),平均加样回收率99.53%~102.8%,RSD 1.09%~1.98%。结论该方法准确、简便、稳定、重复性好,可用于津血源浸膏的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of paeoniflorin,hyperoside,verbascoside,isoacteoside,harpagoside and schisandrol A in Jinxueyuan Etractum.METHODS The analysis of 50%methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 40℃thermostatic Agilent ZORBAX SB-Aq C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 230,250 nm.RESULTS Six constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(R 2≥0.9998),whose average recoveries were 99.53%-102.8%with the RSDs of 1.09%-1.98%.CONCLUSION This accurate,simple,stable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Jinxueyuan Etractum.
