烟度测量精度与烟度-碳烟浓度换算公式研究

摘  要:为明确滤纸烟度计的测量准确性和烟度与碳烟浓度的换算关系,从有效采样长度、滤纸材质和排气成分三个方面研究了其对烟度测量精度的影响,对比了不同烟度-碳烟浓度转换公式的拟合效果,并通过碳烟浓度、碳氢和硫分预测了颗粒物生成量。结果表明,有效采样长度是测量结果的决定性因素,为保证滤纸烟度(FSN)与滤纸黑度的线性关系,应尽量保证405 mm的有效采样长度;棉纤维滤纸的亲水性和高透过率有利于提高测量准确度;Alkidas的FSN-碳烟浓度转化公式的拟合度更好;Lakshminarayanan等人提出的包括碳烟、碳氢和硫分的颗粒物预测模型在中高负荷下的拟合度更高。In order to make sure the accuracy of filter smoke meter and FSN-soot conversion formula, this paper studies the influence factors on smoke measurement accuracy resulting from three aspects of the effective sampling length, filter material and filtered soot composition, compares the fitting effects of different formulas of FSN-soot conversion, and forecasts the generation of particulate matter by soot concentration, hydrocarbon and sulfur content. The results show that the effective sampling length is the decisive factor of the measurement results. In order to ensure the linear relationship between FSN and Paper Blacking, an effective sampling length of 405mm should be ensure as far as possible;the hydrophilicity and high transmittance of cotton fiber filter paper improve the accuracy;Alkidas’ s FSN-soot formulas fit better with test;the results show that the prediction model of particulate matter including soot, hydrocarbon and sulfur proposed by lakshminarayanan has a better fitting degree under medium and high engine load.
