摘  要:通过对发动机曲轴箱通风系统的重要零部件PCV阀,主要是柱塞式PCV阀的工作原理及工作时产生的NVH敲击噪声大问题进行优化。重点从阀本体不同材质及结构角度,分析了阀芯材质、阀芯质量对阀芯敲击的影响。在保证阀性能和耐久性的基础上,最终从成本和NVH综合优化的角度提出了金属阀芯减小质量方案,解决了阀芯敲击阀体的NVH敲击噪声问题。As one of the main parts of the engine crankcase ventilation system, PCV valve is optimized mainly from the aspects of the working principle of the plunger type PCV valve and the NVH knocking noise generated by the work. From the aspects of the different materials and structural angles of the valve,the effect of the material and weight of the spool on its knocking is analyzed. On the basis of ensuring the performance and durability of the valve, the metal spool weight reduction scheme is proposed from the perspective of cost and NVH, thus the problem of the NVH knocking of the metal spool is resolved.
