摘  要:为探究采用部分预混直喷方式对天然气发动机燃烧性能及排放的影响,基于康明斯ISX发动机开展缸内过程CFD数值模拟研究,分析了部分预混直喷天然气发动机与高压直喷天然气发动机在相同负荷下燃烧及排放的差异性,进而探明柴油喷射时刻对部分预混直喷模式下发动机燃烧及排放性能的影响。研究结果表明,部分预混直喷天然气发动机在做功能力方面较高压直喷天然气发动机表现得更为出色,但由于预混合燃烧的特点,NOx排放会显著提高,通过优化柴油喷射时刻,从而控制燃烧相位,可以达到保持较高指示热效率的同时降低NOx排放的目的。In order to explore the influence of partially premixed direct injection on the combustion performance and emissions of natural gas engines, CFD numerical simulation study of in-cylinder process was carried out based on Cummins ISX engine. The differences of combustion and emissions between partially premixed direct injection natural gas engines and high-pressure direct injection natural gas engines under the same load were analyzed. Then the influence of diesel injection time on combustion and emission performance of the engine in partially premixed direct injection mode is investigated. The research results show that, in terms of doing work, the partially premixed direct injection natural gas engine performs more outstandingly than high-pressure direct injection natural gas engine. However, because of the characteristics of the premixed combustion, NOxemissions from the former increased significantly. Via optimizing diesel injection time to control the combustion phase, higher indicated thermal efficiency can be achieved while NOxemissions can be reduced.
