摘 要:研究了汽油机气道在Z轴方向偏移对进气道流动性能的影响。通过CFD分析方法,基于某高滚流比进气道,对其在不同偏移量下进行进气道流动性能分析,分析结果表明气道流量系数和滚流比,与气道Z轴方向偏移量呈有规律的正相关。就整体趋势而言,气道Z轴方向正偏移会导致流量系数减小,而负偏移会使流量系数增大;气道Z轴方向正偏移会导致滚流比增大,而负偏移会导致滚流比减小。最后研究发现,进气道在Z轴方向的偏移在±0.8 mm以内,可以满足发动机一致性的要求。This paper studies the influence of intake port deviation on Z-axis on gasoline engine intake flow. Based on a high tumble ratio intake flow, CFD results showed that the change of flow coefficient is positively correlated with the intake port deviation on Z axis. As for the overall tend, the positive deviation of intake port on Z axis will lead to the decrease of the flow coefficient, while the negative deviation will lead to the increase of the flow coefficient. The positive deviation on the Z axis will lead to an increase of tumble ratio, while the negative deviation will lead to a decrease of tumble ratio. Finally, the study found that the engine performance influenced by the ±0.8 mm deviation of intake port on Z axis meets consistency requirements.
