摘 要:为降低油耗和优化排放,很多新技术广泛应用于汽油机。研究了某汽油发动机的EGR技术,结果表明,随着EGR率增加,EGR可以降低泵气损失,增加热效率,降低缸内NO_(x)的排放,降低油耗。但随着EGR率增加到一定程度后,燃烧稳定性出现恶化,油耗反而增加。通过对某汽油发动机进行改造,在EGR回路上安装转化器来获得含氢气的重组气体,试验表明,汽油和EGR气体通过转化器产生的含H2重组气体提高了发动机在高EGR率下的燃烧稳定性。In order to reduce fuel consumption and optimize emissions, many new technologies are widely used in gasoline engines. This paper studies the EGR technology of the gasoline engine. The results show that as the EGR rate increases, EGR technology can reduce pumping loss, increase the thermal efficiency,decrease the NO_(x)emission in the cylinder, and reduce fuel consumption. However, as the EGR rate increases to a certain level, the combustion stability deteriorates, and fuel consumption increases instead.Through the transformation of gasoline engine, a converter is installed on the EGR loop to obtain hydrogen-containing recombined gas. The tests show that the H2recombined gas produced by gasoline and EGR gas through the converter improves the combustion stability at high EGR rates.
