摘 要:基于便携式排放测试系统(PEMS)对一辆满足国四排放标准的农用拖拉机,按照非道路第四阶段车载排放试验要求进行试验。通过功基窗口法和瞬态积分法分别处理数据可知,CO、NO_(x)功基窗口排放结果均高于其瞬态积分结果,其中CO为1.21倍,NO_(x)为1.16倍。除此之外,还发现有效工作事件下的CO、NO_(x)功基窗口排放结果分别占总工作事件下的16.6%、73.1%,有效工作事件下的CO、NO_(x)瞬态积分排放结果分别占总工作事件下的14.3%、69.5%。A farm tractor that meets National IV emission standards was tested according to the mission control technical requirements of non-road diesel mobile machinery by using a portable emission test system. Based on the work-based window method and transient integration method, each pollutant emission was calculated separately. The results showed that the emission results of CO and NO_(x)power-based windows were higher than their transient integration results, of which CO was 1.21 times and NO_(x)was 1.16times. In addition, it was found that the CO and NO_(x)power base window emission results under valid working events accounted for 16.6% and 73.1% of the total working events. CO and NO_(x)transient integral emission results under valid working events accounted for 14.3% and 69.5% of the total working events.
