摘 要:目的:对香豆酸是相对分布较广的一类酚酸类化感自毒物质,本文以其筛选1株对自毒物质对香豆酸降解效果较好的细菌。方法:以对香豆酸为唯一碳源,经富集分离得到高效降解菌,采用分光光度法对其解毒能力进行探究,并对分离所得菌株在进行形态学鉴定的基础上并进一步进行16SrRNA分子鉴定。结果:筛选得到7株对对香豆酸具有解毒能力的菌株,其中菌株DXDS515在72 h时降解率最高,达到59.27%,经形态鉴定和分子鉴定为霍氏肠杆菌属。结论:筛选的降解菌DXDS515可降解草莓自毒物质对香豆酸。Objective:P-coumaric acid belongs to strawberry autotoxin, which is a relatively widely distributed phenolic allelochemical.In this study we in order to screen out a strain of bacterium which was better at degradation of p-coumaric acid.Method:P-coumaric acid was the sole carbon source, using spectrophotometry to explore its detoxification ability, and the isolated strains were preliminarily identified and further analyzed by 16SrRNA molecular identification.Result:Seven strains with the ability to detoxify p-coumaric acid were screened, and the degradation rate of the strain DXDS515 reached 59.27% at 72 hours.After microscopic identification and molecular identification, it was identified as Enterobacter sp.Conclusion:The bacterium DXDS515 screened can degrade p-coumaric acid.
