摘  要:目的:探讨红外线照射联合喜疗妥软膏加硫酸镁湿敷预防艾滋病患者静脉炎的效果。方法:选取2021年1月~2022年3月在我院接受艾滋病治疗的60例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采取传统的喜疗妥软膏加硫酸镁湿敷,观察组采用喜疗妥软膏加硫酸镁湿敷,同时联合红外线治疗仪照射,观察疗效。结果:观察组静脉炎发生率低于对照组,留置针留置时间长于对照组,护理总满意率和治疗依从性高于对照组,数据间对比差异显著。结论:红外线照射联合喜疗妥软膏加硫酸镁湿敷预防艾滋病患者静脉炎效果比较明显,应用价值较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of infrared irradiation combined with hirudoid ointment and magnesium sulfate wet compress on prevention of phlebitis in AIDS patients.Methods:A total of 60 patients receiving AIDS treatment in our hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected as research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional hirudoid ointment and magnesium sulfate wet compress, while the observation group was treated with hirudoid ointment and magnesium sulfate wet compress, combined with infrared irradiation.Observe the curative effect in two groups.Results:The incidence of phlebitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the indwelling time of the indwelling needle was longer than that in the control group, the total satisfaction rate of nursing and treatment compliance were higher than that in the control group, the difference between the data was significant.Conclusion:Infrared irradiation combined with hirudoid ointment and magnesium sulfate wet compress has obvious effect on preventing phlebitis in AIDS patients with high application value.
