摘 要:磷对水体中藻类生长的限制,主要依赖其生物可利用性;即生物有效磷是水体中的限制性营养物质。本研究区域为景观特征的南京大学仙林校区校内河水体,采用顺序提取法逐步测定不同形态磷的含量,并检测与其紧密关联的十种环境要素的浓度如水温、pH、Ca^(2+)等,并采用RDA模式和相关性热图分析上述环境要素和不同形态磷间的相关关系,以探讨不同形态磷的影响因素,及其对即效磷的影响。结果表明:总磷(TP)的平均浓度为0.07±0.02 mg/L,其中57.0%为总溶解性磷(TDP);即效磷约等效于正磷酸根(PO_(4)^(3-))即溶解性反应磷(DRP)占TP的24.3%,占TDP的42.7%。RDA模式和单因素分析结果表明:TP是TDP的主要影响因素,两者显著正相关(P≤0.05)。景观水中即效磷含量除受到TP(r=0.77)和TDP(r=0.67)一定程度的影响外,pH和Mg^(2+)均与DRP呈一定的正相关关系。Ca^(2+)与DRP呈明确的正相关关系(P≤0.1),水体中低浓度的Ca^(2+)可能会促进DRP的释放。The restriction of phosphorus on algal growth mainly depends on its bioavailability in water, that is the bioavailability phosphorus is the limiting nutrient for the algal in water environment.The concentration and influencing factors of immediately bioavailable phosphorus in the water body were preliminarily explored of collecting water samples at 5 sites in landscape river water in Xianlin Campus of Nanjing University.The concentration of total phosphorus(TP),total dissolved phosphorus(TDP),particulate phosphorus(PP),dissolved organic phosphorus(DOP)and orthophosphate(PO_(4)^(3-))of water samples were gradually determined by the chemical extraction method.In this study, the orthophosphate(PO_(4)^(3-)),which is equivalent to dissolved reactive phosphorus(DRP),was considered as the immediately bioavailable phosphorus.Meanwhile, ten environmental parameters of water body were also determined, including temperature, water depth, pH, COD,Ca^(2+),Al3+,Fe3+,Zn^(2+),Cu^(2+)and Mg^(2+).The relationship among these parameters and the total phosphorus(TP),total dissolved phosphorus(TDP)and orthophosphate(PO_(4)^(3-))were analyzed by RDA model and the correlation plot, to explore the influencing factors of different specie phosphorus and the immediately bioavailable phosphorus.The average concentration of total phosphorus(TP)was 0.07 ± 0.02 mg/L,with fluctuation range 0.01~0.12 mg/L,of which 57.0 % was total dissolved phosphorus(TDP).The concentration of orthophosphate(PO_(4)^(3-))almost equaled to that of dissolved reactive phosphorus(DRP),which was also considered as the concentration of the immediately bioavailable phosphorus, and which accounting for 24.3% of TP and 42.7% of TDP.According to the results of RDA model and single factor analysis(the correlation plot),the TP was the main influencing factor for the TDP,and which showed significantly positively correlated(P ≤ 0.05).The TP and TDP were showed partly positive correlation with DRP,with correlation coefficient 0.77 and 0.67,respectively.The pH and Mg^(2+)had
