摘 要:目的:探讨手术室新入职护士应用ASK模型开展规范化培训的效果。方法:选取2018年5月~2019年7月在手术室轮转学习的112名新入职护士为对照组,2019年8月~2020年10月124名新入职护士为观察组,观察组采用ASK模型理念进行培训。比较两组新入职护士培训后的理论知识、操作技能成绩,手术配合能力,以及两种培训模式的教学反馈评分。结果:观察组护士理论知识考试平均分、操作技能考试平均分、手术配合能力、导师评价与新入职护士自评评分与对照组两两对比差异均有统计学意义;观察组教学反馈效果评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:基于ASK模型的培训理念应用于手术室新入职护士的规范化培训可提高护士的手术室护理理论知识和操作技能水平,改善教学质量。Objective:To explore the effect of standardized training of new nurses in the operating room using ASK model.Methods:112 new nurses who took turns in the operating room from May 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the control group, and 124 new nurses from August 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the observation group.The observation group was trained with ASK model.The scores of theoretical knowledge, operational skills, surgical cooperation ability and teaching feedback were compared between the two groups of new nurses after training.Results:The average score of theoretical knowledge test, operation skill test, operation cooperation ability, tutor evaluation and self-evaluation of new nurses in observation group were significantly different from those in control group.The score of teaching feedback effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group significantly.Conclusions: The application of standardized training of new nurses in the operating room using ASK model could effectively improve the nurses’ theoretical knowledge, operational skills and quality of teaching of operating room nursing.
