摘　　要：研究旨在探讨作为转录辅助激活因子的Yki在意大利蜜蜂生殖发育中发挥的作用,采用RT-qPCR方法对各个发育时期的3个品级的意大利蜜蜂amYki基因的表达量进行检测。结果发现,3个品级的意大利蜜蜂在各个发育时期内均有amYki基因表达,并且表达量存在显著差异(P<0.05)。其中工蜂和雄蜂的amYki基因表达量均在幼虫期最后1 d最高,蜂王则在预蛹期的表达量最高。各品级蜜蜂的amYki基因从卵期到孵化期以及从幼虫期第1到最后1 d均逐渐升高。研究表明,amYki参与意大利蜜蜂的生长发育的各个阶段,且随着发育进程在不同品级的意大利蜜蜂中发挥不同的作用。The aim of the study was to investigate the role of amYki as a transcriptional coactivator in the reproductive development of Apis mellifera.RT-qPCR was used to detect the expression levels of amYki genes in three grades of Apis mellifera at different developmental stages.The amYki gene expression of worker bees and drones was the highest in the last day of larval stage,while that of queen bees was the highest in pre pupal stage.The amYki gene of honeybees of all grades increased gradually from egg stage to hatching stage and from the first to the last day of larval stage.The study indicates that amYki is involved in all stages of growth and development of Apis mellifera,and plays different roles in different grades of Apis mellifera.
