摘 要:试验旨在研究饮水添加精油复合酸化剂对肉鸡生长性能的影响及其抑菌功效。选取1日龄AA肉鸡504只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复21只鸡。各组鸡均饲喂基础日粮,对照组饮水中不添加酸化剂,各试验组分别于第1周全程及第2~6周每周的第3~4 d全天饮用0.15%、0.20%和0.30%比例的酸化剂。试验期42 d。取养殖场地下水,设置对照组和0.15%、0.20%和0.30%酸化剂添加试验组,测定水pH值、硬度。设空白对照组(配制好的选择性培养基,不作任何处理),并取养殖场地下水1 L,加入0.5麦氏比浊度的大肠杆菌或沙门氏菌标准菌株,随机分为4组;其中酸化剂添加组分别按0.15%、0.20%和0.30%的比例加入精油复合酸化剂,细菌对照组不添加酸化剂。测定酸化剂对水的抑菌效果。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验后期各试验组肉鸡平均体重显著升高(P<0.05),其中0.20%酸化剂添加组肉鸡42日龄平均体重相对最大,可达2963.95 g。与对照组相比,0.15%酸化剂添加组、0.20%酸化剂添加组肉鸡平均采食量和平均每只鸡全程采食量均显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,各试验组鸡料重比均显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,添加不同浓度液体酸化剂均能够显著降低养殖场地下水的pH值及硬度(P<0.05)。经不同浓度精油复合酸化剂处理后的培养皿中未见细菌生长。研究表明,使用酸化剂可显著改善鸡群生长性能和饲料转化率,利于减抗、限抗环境下肉鸡的健康养殖。The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of adding essential oil compound acidifier to drinking water on the growth performance of broilers and its bacteriostatic efficacy.A total of 504 one-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into four groups,with six replicates in each group and 21 chickens in each replicate.Broilers in each group was fed with basic diet,control group did not add acidifiers in drinking water,and broilers in each test group drank 0.15%,0.20%and 0.30%acidifiers throughout the first week and on the third to fourth days of the second to sixth weeks,respectively.The trial period was 42 d.Take the water from the breeding site,set up control group and0.15%,0.20%,0.30%acidifier adding test group,and measure the p H value and hardness of the water.Set up a blank control group(prepared selective culture medium,without any treatment),take 1 L of sewage from the breeding site,add standard strains of Escherichia coli or Salmonella with turbidity of 0.5 Maxwell’s ratio,and randomly divide them into four groups.The acidifier adding group added 0.15%,0.20%and 0.30%essential oil compound acidifier respectively,and bacterial control group did not add acidifier,and determine the bacteriostatic effect of acidifiers on water.The results showed that compared with control group,the average weight of broilers in each test group increased significantly at the later stage of the experiment(P<0.05),and the average weight of broilers in 0.20%acidifier addition group at 42 days of age was the highest,reaching 2963.95 g.Compared with control group,the average feed intake of broilers in 0.15%acidifier adding group and 0.20%acidifier adding group and the average feed intake of each chicken in the whole process were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the feed to gain ratio of broilers in each test group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with control group,adding different concentrations of liquid acidifiers can significantly reduce the p H value and hardness of the groundwat
