摘　　要：五味子作为一种中草药饲料添加剂,含有促生长效活性物质和丰富的营养物质,具有提高机体的生长性能、增强动物免疫力、改善畜禽酮体品质和肌肉品质等作用。文章对五味子及其提取物的活性成分、药理作用及其在畜禽养殖业中的研究进展进行综述,并对其应用前景进行展望,以期为今后五味子及其提取物在畜禽生产中的开发应用提供参考。As a feed additive of Chinese herbal medicine, Schisandra chinensis contains long-acting active substances and rich nutrients, which can improve the growth performance of the body, enhance animal immunity, improve the quality of livestock and poultry ketone body and muscle quality. In the paper, the active components, pharmacological effects and research progress of Schisandra chinensis and its extracts in livestock and poultry breeding were reviewed, and their application prospects were prospected, with a view to provide reference for the development and application of Schisandra chinensis and its extracts in livestock and poultry production in the future.
