摘  要:目的通过对闽南民间青草药药膳资源收集、整理,指导民众合理利用膳食资源进行食疗保健,促进闽南青草药药膳的传承与发展。方法利用文献、古籍、民间探访等多种方式,采集民间青草药药膳组方,按照中医药理论对药膳的分类、组成进行深入的解析和探讨。结果根据统计情况,共收集到180味青草药,共计478个药膳组方。并按食性、功效以及适宜人群进行了详细的分类与解析。结论闽南中草药的应用符合食疗养生的自然规律,研究与合理开发青草药有利于促进闽南青草药药膳文化的传承与发展。Objective To collect and sort out the folk herbal medicine diet resources in Southern Fujian,guide the people to make rational use of dietary resources for dietotherapy and health care,and promote the inheritance and development of herbal medicine diet in Southern Fujian.Methods Using literature,ancient books,folk visits and other ways,collect folk herbal medicinal diet prescriptions,and deeply analyze and discuss the classification and composition of medicinal diet according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Results According to the statistical situation,a total of 180 herbs were collected,a total of 478 medicated diet prescriptions.The classification and analysis were carried out in detail according to the diet,efficacy and suitable population.Conclusion The application of Chinese herbal medicine in southern Fujian conforms to the natural law of diet therapy and health preservation.The research and rational development of herbal medicine is conducive to the inheritance and development of herbal medicine and medicinal diet culture in southern Fujian.
