上脘中脘下脘穴汇解及临床应用

摘　　要：上脘、中脘、下脘穴是任脉上位置临近的3个腧穴,皆位于腹部前正中线上。上脘穴居上,中脘穴居中,下脘穴居下,三穴都可以治疗脾胃疾病,如胃痛、腹痛、腹胀等,此为三者治疗之普遍性,但在临床应用中,因其腧穴定位及穴性的不同,上脘穴主理气和胃、降逆止呕;中脘穴主升清降浊、补益气血;下脘穴主通畅肠腑、消积化浊,三者的临床应用有所区别。现通过查阅古典医籍、近现代文献汇总比较三者腧穴定位、刺灸方法及功能主治的异同,旨在为临床工作者提供新的理论依据及诊断治疗思路。Shangwan(RN13),Zhongwan(RN12)and Xiawan(RN10)are the acupoints adjacent to the upper position of conception vessel,all located on the anterior median line of abdomen.Shangwan(RN13)is located in the upper part,Zhongwan(RN12)is located in the middle,and Xiawan(RN10)is located in the lower part.The three acupoints can treat spleen and stomach diseases,such as stomachache,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,etc.,which are the universal treatments of the three points.Because of the different acupoint position and nature of acupoints,Shangwan(RN13)mainly regulates qi and harmonizes the stomach,descends the inverse and stops vomiting.Zhongwan(RN12)mainly ascends lucidity,descends turbidity,tonifies qi and blood.Xiawan(RN10)mainly clears intestinal relieving,eliminates accumulation and turbidity.The clinical applications of the three acupoints are different.This paper compares the similarities and differences of acupoint positioning,acupuncture and moxibustion methods and functions of the three acupoints through consulting classical medical books and modern literature,in order to provide clinical workers with new theoretical basis and diagnosis and treatment ideas.
