补中益气丸联合盆底康复治疗仪对产后盆底功能障碍的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨补中益气丸联合盆底康复治疗仪对产后盆底功能障碍效果分析。方法此研究选取2018年9月—2020年10月广昌县人民医院86例产后盆底功能障碍患者,采用随机字数表法分为观察组(43例)与对照组(43例),对照组采用盆底康复治疗仪,观察组在对照组的基础上加用补中益气丸。比较2组疗效、阴道肌电电压、夜尿次数和治疗盆底肌肉肌力。结果观察组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组盆底肌肉肌力优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组阴道肌电电压较对照组高,夜尿次数较对照组少(P<0.05)。结论采用补中益气丸联合盆底康复治疗仪对产后盆底功能障碍,可提高疗效,改善盆底肌肉肌力,提高阴道紧缩度,减少夜尿次数,值得临床应用推广。Objective To study the effect of Buzhong Yiqi pill combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument on postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods 86 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction from September 2018 to October 2020 in Guangchang People’s Hospital were selected.The random word count method was used.They were divided into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=43).The control group was treated with pelvic floor rehabilitation apparatus.The observation group added Buzhong Yiqi pills on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,vaginal EMG voltage,number of nocturia and treatment of pelvic floor muscle strength were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was which was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,pelvic floor muscle strength of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The vaginal EMG voltage in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the number of night urine was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi pill combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument for postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction can improve the efficacy,improve pelvic floor muscle strength,increase vaginal constriction,and reduce the number of night urine.It is worth popularizing in clinical application.
