中药内服外敷治疗哺乳期乳腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药乳痈消汤剂内服联合消炎膏外敷治疗哺乳期乳腺炎(炎症期)的临床疗效。方法选取88例乳腺炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各44例。对照组予以头孢硫脒静滴抗感染及排乳治疗,观察组予以中药乳痈消汤剂内服联合消炎膏外敷治疗。比较2组治疗后乳房肿块消散、通乳时间及疼痛评分情况,白细胞及C反应蛋白变化。结果治疗后观察组总有效率高于对照组;2组治疗后乳房肿块消散及通乳时间明显缩短,疼痛评分数值变小,白细胞及C反应蛋白指标均较入院时降低,且观察组下降程度较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中药乳痈消汤剂内服联合消炎膏外敷治疗哺乳期乳腺炎(炎症期)临床疗效显著,安全有效,可缩短症状体征缓解时间,有效改善机体炎症指标。Objective To explore the clinical observation of Ruyongxiao decoction combined with Xiaoyan ointment in the treatment of lactating mastitis(inflammatory stage).Methods 88 patients with mastitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefathiamidine intravenous drip for anti infection and milk excretion,and the observation group was treated with Ruyongxiao decoction combined with Xiaoyan ointment.During the treatment,the breast mass dissipation,breast opening time,pain score,leukocyte and C-reactive protein changes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than the control group.After treatment,the breast mass dissipation and breast opening time of the two groups were significantly shortened,the pain score became smaller,the indexes of leukocytes and C-reactive protein were lower than those at admission,and the degree of decline in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Oral administration of Ruyongxiao decoction combined with external application of Xiaoyan ointment in the treatment of lactating mastitis(inflammatory stage)has significant clinical effect,and is safe and effective.It can shorten the remission time of symptoms and signs,and effectively improve the inflammatory indexes of the body.
