小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合双黄连治疗小儿发热30例

摘　　要：目的分析小儿外感发热选择豉翘清热颗粒联合双黄连口服液治疗的价值。方法筛选60例小儿外感发热患者作为研究对象,并按随机数字表法分2组(每组30例),60例患者均选自2020年1月—2021年10月,对照组采用双黄连口服液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗,对比2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、临床症状消失时间、体温变化、不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床症状消失时间低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1 h、6 h、24 h、72 h体温低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿外感发热患者选择小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合双黄连口服液方案进行治疗可缩短临床症状消失时间,在改善临床症状的同时降低机体温度,继而有效控制患者病情,值得参考。Objective To analyze the value of Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granules combined with Shuanghuanglian oral liquid in the treatment of pediatric exogenous fever.Methods A total of 60 pediatric patients with exogenous fever from January 2020 to October 2021 were screened as research objects and were divided into 2 groups(with 30 cases in each group)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Shuanghuanglian oral liquid,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,clinical symptom disappearance time,temperature change and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,clinical symptom disappearance time,temperature change and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time of clinical symptoms disappeared in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The body temperature of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 1 h,6 h,24 h and 72 h after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granules combined with Shuanghuanglian oral liquid in the treatment of pediatric exogenous fever can shorten the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms,reduce the body temperature while improving clinical symptoms,and then effectively control the patient’s condition,which is worth referring.
