摘　　要：卒中后失眠的治疗包括药物治疗、中医药治疗、睡眠卫生与健康教育、行为认知治疗等,然而西药治疗具有不良反应大、停药反应明显等弊端,中医药综合运用多种治疗思路和方法,具有见效快、毒副作用小等独特优势,成为卒中后失眠患者康复的重要途径。此案记录循经针刺阿是穴联合腹部艾灸之法治疗卒中后失眠1案,以期为该病治疗提供新的方法思路。The treatment of insomnia after stroke include drug therapy,therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,sleep hygiene and health education,such as cognitive behavioral therapy,however,western medicine treatment has great side effects,drug withdrawal reaction obvious disadvantages,such as integrated use of a variety of ideas and methods for treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,has the unique advantages such as quick effect,little side effects,is one important way of insomnia patients recovery after stroke.This case records a case of insomnia after stroke treated by acupuncture ashi point combined with abdominal moxibustion,in order to provide a new method for the treatment of the disease.
