摘 要:利用3D打印技术逐层打印、叠加成型的方法,使矿山的三维模型以实物的方式展现出来。建立了矿山物理模型制作的系统化流程:首先介绍了利用ArcGIS制作矿山DEM(数字高程模型)的方法;然后,用模型修复软件Magics对转换后的STL文件中存在的漏洞、裂缝等问题做了修补,并对分层打印过程中容易出现的问题做出说明;最后对生产出的模型的精度进行了评定。为3D打印技术在矿山三维实体建模中的应用提供了一种可靠、新颖的手段。Layer-by-layer printing and overlay molding of the 3D printing technology could display the 3D model of mines in a physical way. A system flow of making mine physical models was established: first, making a DEM(digital elevation model) by ArcGIS was presented;second, some problems such as holes and cracks in the converted STL files were fixed using the model repair software Magics;the problems in the layered printing were explained;finally, the accuracy of the models was evaluated. The research could provide a reliable and novel means for the application of the 3D printing in 3D solid modeling of mines.
