当归芍药散合六味地黄丸治疗肝肾阴虚型骨质疏松腰背疼痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨当归芍药散合六味地黄丸治疗肝肾阴虚型骨质疏松(Osteoprusis,OP)腰背疼痛的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1月—2021年10月收治的130例肝肾阴虚型OP腰背疼痛患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各65例。比较2组患者中医证候积分、腰背部VAS评分、骨密度值、骨代谢指标及不良反应发生率。结果治疗3个月后,观察组中医证候评分和腰背部VAS评分较对照组明显降低(P<0.05),股骨颈、腰椎L2~4和Ward’s三角骨密度值增加(P<0.05)。观察组患者血骨钙素和骨碱性磷酸酶水平较对照组降低,而雌二醇水平增高(P<0.05)。2组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P=0.635)。结论当归芍药散合六味地黄丸对OP患者腰背疼痛效果显著,安全可靠。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Danggui Shaoyao powder combined with Liuwei Dihuang pill in the treatment of low back pain in osteoporosis(OP)with yin deficiency of liver and kidney type.Methods One hundred and thirty patients with yin deficiency of liver and kidney type OP low back pain from January 2021 to October 2021 were selected as study subjects and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 65 cases in each group.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,VAS score of low back,bone density value,bone metabolic index and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the TCM syndrome score and VAS score of low back in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the bone density values of femoral neck,lumbar spine L2-4and Ward’s triangle were increased(P<0.05).Blood osteocalcin and bone alkaline phosphatase levels were decreased and estradiol levels were increased in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P=0.635).Conclusion Danggui Shaoyao powder combined with Liuwei Dihuang pill is effective,safe and reliable for low back pain in OP patients.
