针药配合枢经推拿治疗Chiari Ⅰ型畸形临证经验

摘　　要：Chiari畸形是一种发病机制暂不能明确的先天畸形,Chiari畸形临床表现多变,根据常见主要症状及体征大体可分为4种类型。其中脊髓空洞症是该病常见的并发症,王艳锋教授将此病归属于“项痹”之内,采用中医辨证论治,将《黄帝内经》中“开阖枢”理论加以提炼的枢经推拿手法与针药相结合治疗此病,疗效显著。Chiari malformation is a kind of congenital malformation whose pathogenesis is not clear yet. The clinical manifestations of Chiari malformation are variable and can be divided into four types according to the common symptoms and signs. Among them, syringomyelia is a common complication of this disease. Professor Wang Yanfeng classified this disease as “Xiang bi” and treated it according to syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine, the treatment of the disease by the combination of the manipulation of the central meridian and acupuncture and medicine, refined from the theory of “opening and closing the central nervous system” in the book of Huangdi Neijing, and has a remarkable curative effect.
