体外冲击波疗法联合玉龙散外敷治疗风寒阻络型肱骨外上髁炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究体外冲击波疗法(ESWT)联合玉龙散外敷治疗风寒阻络型肱骨外上髁炎疗效。方法选取2021年1月—2021年10月佛山市中医院接收的风寒阻络型肱骨外上髁炎患者80例,应用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组行体外冲击波疗法,观察组在对照组基础上给予玉龙散外敷治疗,以10 d为一个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。比较治疗结束后2组患者治疗总有效率,治疗前和治疗1个疗程、2个疗程肘部疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分与上肢功能障碍(DASH)评分。结果治疗后观察组与对照组治疗总有效率比较,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1个疗程、2个疗程后2组患者肘部疼痛评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组肘部疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1个疗程、2个疗程后2组患者上肢功能障碍评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组上肢功能障碍评分显著较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论ESWT联合玉龙散外敷治疗效果显著,可明显缓解风寒阻络型肱骨外上髁炎患者肘部疼痛,促进组织修复和上肢功能恢复。Objective To explore the curative effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy(ESWT)combined with external application of Yulong powder on external humeral epicondylitis of wind-cold obstruction type.Methods A total of 80 patients with external humeral epicondylitis of wind-cold obstruction type admitted to Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled between January 2019 and June 2021.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The control group underwent ESWT,while observation group was additionally given external application of Yulong powder(10 d/course for 2 courses of treatment).The total response rate of treatment after treatment,scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)and disabilities of arm,shoulder and hand(DASH)before treatment,after 1 course and 2 courses of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,total response rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After 1 course and 2 courses of treatment,scores of elbow pain were significantly lower than those before treatment in both groups(P<0.05),which were significantly lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05).After 1 course and 2 courses of treatment,DASH scores were significantly lower than those before treatment in both groups(P<0.05),which were significantly lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of ESWT combined with external application of Yulong powder is significant,which can significantly relieve elbow pain,promote tissues repair and recovery of upper limb function in patients with external humeral epicondylitis of wind-cold obstruction type.
